As the Founder and CEO of SunSource, Franklin has mastered the art and science of end-to-end delivery of solar and energy storage systems for commercial and residential customers.
He possesses deep knowledge of renewable energy technologies, has established a wide network of suppliers and strategic partners, and has shaped a stellar track record of success in the solar industry.
Keith Graepler
Chief Operating Officer
As the COO of SunSource, Keith brings extensive experience in microgrid system design and engineering for various tribal lands, along with grant and incentive application support.
Previously, as President of SunSource Homes, Keith led the installation of 3.8MW of commercial solar projects, over 1000 residential systems, and the Engineering, Design, and Construction of NET Zero Commercial and Residential buildings in the Midwest showcasing his profound expertise in solar PV system design, construction, and a broad range of engineering disciplines.


Dan Swint
VP of Sales and Project Management
As VP of Sales and Project Management, Dan brings 17 years of solar industry experience specializing in sales management, project management and renewable energy financing.
Dan helped to grow 4 solar companies including SolarCity/Tesla Energy and has left an indelible mark on the industry having trained thousands of account executives and managers. His devotion to project management and customer satisfaction makes him an integral part of the team.

Casey Tinnin
Director of Outreach
As the Director of Outreach at SunSource, Pastor Casey Tinnin brings a wealth of community knowledge and expertise as an alum of PLTS and beginning his ordained ministry in the UCC at Bethlehem Lutheran Church in Auburn California as their youth pastor.
He has now been the pastor of Loomis UCC for almost eight years. Casey is passionate about helping congregations build stronger ties to their community and supporting them in creating a lasting impact.
